Vienna is an excellent base from which to explore some of central Europe’s most beautiful and fascinating cities.  A 50-minute car hire journey will take you to the charming Slovakian capital, Bratislava.  Meanwhile, Gumpoldskirchen makes for an especially scenic drive.  Situated just half an hour from Vienna, this excursion takes you through a wonderfully picturesque wine-growing village.
