Booking experience was quick, efficient and great value. Car provided exceeded our expectations...it was in really good condition and very comfortable,....had expected a realyy basic model so was very pleasantly surprised withy the car provided. Only area I think you could improve upon was the customer service provided by the English representatives in Spain. It was not a warm welcoming experience...very matter of fact and basic....such a shame! [...]
